A flexible and easy-to-use machine, derived from much experience in the field of transplanting. It has a high output without the need for frequent maintenance. Suitable for growers looking for performance without sacrificing flexibility. Available in a version with a single motorized head (40mm) equipped with a plant detecting sensor or in a version with 3 heads (40mm) with pneumatic movement. The Side pick-up system is available on both models . The pneumatic “maxi” head for forest plants is also available. Transplanting output: up to 3600 plugs/hour on the version DELTA1 / up to 9000 plants/hour with the DELTA3 robot. It can transplant from virtually any plug tray into almost any pot or pack configuration. Also suitable for transplanting into pots in line coming out of any model of potting machine. Pickup trays can be fed lengthways or widthways through the machine to increase the transplanting options. Programming for different trays is is simple and intuitive and is done by entering the tray dimensions into the computer memory. It has a large memory capacity for both pickup and placing programs. The memory can be recalled at the touch of a button. Pickup and planting depth, and speed, can be varied while the machine is operating. The display shows work information as well as any errors or issues. The DELTA1 version is fully electric and doesn’t require a connection to compressed air.
